Not open yet. Here is the honest version.
There is no app to download today. This page says where things stand and how people will be invited, so nobody has to hunt for a button that is not there.

Venue pilot
A small group of downtown Las Vegas venues, free, hand-picked through conversation.
How venues will be invited
Pilot venues are chosen one by one, by talking. If you run a downtown bar or club and want in, use the venue pilot request on the contact page. We will start with a walkthrough of the demo, then settle on terms in plain language.
How testers will be invited
You join the tester list.
Send us your phone type with the contact form. Testing is not open yet, and joining the list is only a note that you are interested.
Small waves, by invitation.
Early testers are invited in small groups, once builds are ready for the platforms’ own testing channels (Apple TestFlight, Google Play testing). No dates yet.
Synthetic data first.
Early test builds use fictional venues and demo accounts. No real door goes live without legal review.
What we will ask of testers. Use it, break it, tell us what confused you. We will explain what each build can and cannot do. Beta is for finding problems, so expect rough edges.
